I loved this dress I bought this dress for my vow renewal I didnt want to spend a lot

I loved this dress I bought this dress for my vow renewal I didnt want to spend a lot. I bought this dress two sizes two big to allow for room and knew that I would have to have alterations. For heming the bottom be aware that it is a scalloped edge so it will have to be taken apart at the middle of the dress to be gemmed. Great dress it looked like it cost way more than it did! I also bought a really pretty belt of amazon to add to the dress
