The dress is as beautiful in person as it is in the picture. We received it a week later than expected but it turned out to be a perfect fit and we received great customer service from the Customer Support group. We ordered it on March 20th and received it on April 9th. We had express shipping too. When we placed the order we used the live chat and found it to be a great support for all of our questions. The dress is heavier than expected because the material is thick and extremely good quality. The lace is soft and gorgeous, and the netting under the lace is not itchy like a lot of netting. I plan on definitely ordering again in the future.

I put my exact measurements in (which I recommend) There staff answered all my question and concerns promptly and very detailed oriented. The dressed arrived in two/three weeks which isnt bad at all! I highly recommend this dressed I felt like Cinderella at my prom!

So I was one of those, that didnt read the fine print. I planned my wedding in four weeks so I had to find THE dress quickly. After ordering this I thought man this is a steal! Price is awesome! I got the confirmation email and began to read it. It stated that there was minimum time for tailoring and then for shipping. My heart sank. Because I knew it wouldnt be here on time. I wrote them a message begging them to help me get it here in time. They responded with they would try their best. They pulled through and the dress was beautiful! So they get all around ratings from me. Not only did they give me what I asked for in the timespan I needed, it was exactly what I wanted and the price for it was a HUGE steal! I highly recommend them! I know looking at the price makes you hesitant because it does seem too good to be true, but believe me when I say it, its worth it!
